A lot of chips are consumed in Mexico. They are delicious and hummus is a nice break from the every day salsa and gaucamole. Puerto Vallarta has a Farmers Market every Saturday with Organic produce, and fresh organic hummus, pasta, homemade sauces, meats, flowers, soaps, essential oils, fresh breads and baked goods. They even have puppies and kittens for sale and a chinese cook stand for breakfast while you are shopping! All of this to live music. It is definitely a "happening'

I am a new fan of lemon hummas:)

  2. I love the painting, Page, and the story of the Farmers' Market make me want to hop a plane! I know you're enjoying it, and I'm so thrilled for you. Yeah, hummus is YUMMY - I love home made best - I put extra lemon in!

  3. Great painting, Page!. Just love the colors, and your description of the Farmer's Market.

Love hearing from you. Thanks
