SURFACES

I seem to paint on 3 different painting surfaces. I use masonite for small pieces.

The other 2 surfaces I use are raw canvas, which I tack up on my large board, gesso and paint on the rough surface and store bought pre primed and stretched canvas which I generally paint over old paintings time and time again. When I have all 3 going on the same day...It feels wonderful

    Page, this little one is a knock-out painting! I really love it because of the great composition and every inch of it is full of beautiful color and brushstrokes. Love the other two also- I agree totally, I love to have several paintings going at once.
