STUFFED PEPPERS

Vineyard Haven Harbor beach
4x4 BEACHY KEEN $ 60

STUFFED PEPPERS 7x7 $125
RECIPE
Half red, yellow or orange peppers with stem on
Place in baking dish
Fill with halved cherry tomatoes, cubes of mozzarella cheese
fill peppers with olive oil
place anchovies on top optional
bake on 350 for 45 minutes or until caramelized
serve with a hunk of fresh bread

  1. Those stuffed peppers sure look delicious! You can come and visit us any time Elizabeth, we are in Rome at the moment. Originally I am from Trapani, Sicily. I'll cook ...and you paint my "masterpieces":) My husband is Japanese and when he retired he suddenly had a passion for painting. For one year he painted and painted, thinking he was the Japanese Picasso. Now he doesn't have the inspiration anymore, when I asked him why he doesn't paint anymore, he told me it's because he realized he has no talent. As for me, my drawing talent goes as far as Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck, that's what I loved to draw when I was a kid. I like the colors you use, I love bright colors.
